01/ What should I bring to my appointment?
We encourage you to bring samples of cabinetry, paint, countertops, and any other materials that may dictate the design. Taking photos of the space is also helpful in assisting our designers.
02/ Should I make an appointment?
Appointments are encouraged to ensure we have a designer available to assist you with your project. Appointments will take priority to walk in customers.
03/ How do I clean porcelain tile?
We recommend Laticrete - Stonetech cleansers and sealers for porcelain tiles. A full line of these products are available for purchase in our store. If you would like to know what product would be best for your project or surface, please follow the links provided.
04/ How long does it take to receive my order?
Most materials will arrive between 7 to 10 business days. Some special order materials may take up to 4 weeks to arrive.
05/ Do you sell to retail customers?
Yes, we do sell to retailers and contractors.
06/ Do you install tile?
We do provide installation services, however we only install the material we sell. We have two teams of trusted and insured installers on staff.
07/ Can I return unused tile?
Returns are dependent on vendor. All returns must be made within 30 days, must be unopened, full cartons, and are subject to 25% restock fee.
08/ Will you deliver my tile order?
Unfortunately, we do not provide delivery services. Material may be picked up during normal business hours Monday - Friday 9 - 5. For large orders, a call in advance is appreciated.
